I recently had a biz trip to Washington, and although I worked my butt off, I was still able to see some sights in the evenings. This is all due to my fabulous friend Garrick!
Garrick took me all over the place - we had such a great time!
We were able to see theWWII memorial on the FIRST DAY it was open. It was so awesome. There were a lot of vets there and the looks on their faces was very moving.
I saw a lot of vets at the Arlington Cemetary also, I was proud to ride the tram with them!
Note: I forgot my camera so many of my photos were totally crappy. This is why there are not more pictures that include us! (I used a disposable camera. Ugh!
