We had a wine drinking party at Chuck's house - NOT a wine tasting party. There was no wine wasted. LOL!
This was also a slumber party. We all brought sleeping bags and spent the night at Chuck's. Lucky for Jean-David and I, since we were co-hosting the party, we got the guest room. The bed was hard as a rock, but when
I woke up the next day, my back never felt better. (This was what motivated JD and I to get a new bed.)
We had 15 bottles of wine, all in brown paper sacks with numbers on them. I had made up a page with wine characteristics, and everyone was able to drink each wine and rate each characteristic for that wine.
It was funny how at the end of the evening all of the wine started tasting really good! LOL! It turned out that even with all of the different wine that was brought, the Rosemount Shiraz was the night's winner.
