My beloved friend Andy is a chef from Germany, and he has graciously started to host cooking classes at his house! This was the first of such parties, and we had a blast!

We learned how to make potato soup with blackened onions, "Gold and Silver" cake from scratch, Eggplant Gratin, and Andy's special "easy" chocolate mousse.

The pictures are not that good, I will promise to use a flash on all pics next time!
