Easy Chocolate Mousse
150 grams of chocolate - bittersweet (ml = grams on your measuring cup)
200 g. unsweetened whipped cream (but can use cool whip in a pinch.)
three egg whites
Break apart chocolate.
Microwave on 50% for 2 minutes (check after one min.)
Whip egg whites until stiff.
Put chocolate into egg whites and stir together.
Put most of cool whip into mix (don't use all of the tub if it is sweetened.)
Put dish in fridge.
